Manage and lead contract Security Force. Responsible for on time delivery of contract requirements. Responsible for maintaining effective communication with the client and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Perform administrative tasks such as payroll and scheduling. Responsible for hiring and maintaining personnel records. Develop policies and enforce company and client standards. QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent Microsoft computer skills-specifically Word and Excel. Effective communicator and good writing ability. High School Education. CA Driver's license. CA State Guard Gard. CA Firearms Card for 9mm. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. Prior military and/or police experience preferred. WHY CONSTELLIS?
